Visa Requirements
Participants who require an entry visa to attend the Congress are advised to contact the nearest Spanish embassy or consulate in their country as early as possible.
The Congress Secretariat cannot intervene with embassies or consulates on behalf of participants.
Invitation letters for visa purposes will be issued only to participants who have completed the registration process and paid the corresponding registration fee.
This letter is intended solely to assist with the visa application and does not imply any financial support from the Congress.

Official Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided.
Badges and Access
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge at all times while in the Congress venue and during social events, as it serves as the official access pass to the scientific sessions.
For social events, the corresponding ticket must also be presented.
Attendance Certificates
Attendance certificates will be issued after the Congress and will be available for digital download from each participant’s private registration area.
Certificates of presentation will also be available for authors who have presented a communication.
Medical Assistance and Insurance
Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance and medical coverage for the duration of the Congress.
The Organising Committee and the Secretariat cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Congress.
Force Majeure
In the event that the Congress cannot be held or is postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organising Committee (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or other force majeure events), the Organising Committee reserves the right to modify the programme, postpone the Congress, or convert it into a virtual or hybrid event.
In such cases, registration fees will remain valid for the rescheduled event and no refunds will be issued.
The Organising Committee and the Congress Secretariat shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
